By creating an account or using KoiQuanta, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using KoiQuanta on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
KoiQuanta provides a koi pond management platform, including free tools such as pond volume calculators, dose calculators, quarantine plan generators, water change schedulers, and additional premium features for water parameter logging, health tracking, and AI-powered pond advice. Features may vary by subscription tier, with many tools available free of charge.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

KoiQuanta and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KoiQuanta and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
Many KoiQuanta tools are available free of charge. Paid subscriptions for premium features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoiQuanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Dosing calculations, water chemistry recommendations, and AI-generated advice are provided as decision-support tools and should not replace professional veterinary judgment. Always verify dosing calculations before treating fish.
We may suspend or terminate your access to KoiQuanta at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use premium features ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Free tools will remain accessible without an account.
KoiQuanta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
